When TCA approached me to help them develop an overarching brand strategy, they had an amazing product range but lacked a concise and actionable course of action to grow their brand. In collaboration with the founder, I wrote a clear mission statement and tone of voice, that outlined and differentiated TCA's position in the market.
We identified the four key pillars that make up their communications, and defined a clear purpose for each - Brand, Lifestyle, Product and Story.
With the brand strategy complete, we set about implementing it with their AW18 product launch.
With a very limited budget and only a single day for a shoot, we planned out a schedule that included a full brand campaign, lifestyle shots and product detailing - both stills and video. I art directed the shoot and also picked up the camera as an additional photographer.
